One of the areas in the new project is going to provide space for a complex of laboratories, which will be equipped in heavy research machinery. The complex is going to be situated in the lower ground floor.
The duplex character of the building allows a lot of natural light into most rooms. Other rooms will benefit from the light coming from a panel.
The following laboratories are part of the research complex:
- technological and mechanical laboratory
- composites laboratory with a cement mould (equipped with, among other things, saws, vibration table, dryer, freezer, press, etc.)
- the laboratory of the Department for Strength of Materials
Warehouse premises, sanitary facilities and working rooms have been situated on the lower ground floor.
