The third of the Semptember 2007 took place the ceremonial conclusion of reinforced concrete works remarked by hanging of the symbolic “wiecha”, according to the old Polish custom. In the ceremony has taken part the representatives of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the general builder company - Polimex Mostostal S.A. and the designing atelier Kontrapunkt.
