The Małopolska Technological Park becomes greener

Under the development of green areas and introduction of ecological solutions in the Małopolska Technological Park project, the Kontrapunkt Project Investment Team has teamed up with Marek Zaborowski of Bellona Europa and Janusz Mazur of Energy Saving Company „ESCO” Sp. z o.o.

Plan for the Medical University of Łódź

The Kontrapunkt Medic team has developed a plan for the long-term development of the Clinical and Didactic Centre area in Łódź. The plan’s assumptions were presented by arch. Aleksander Mirek to the Medical University authorities and directors of particular clinics at programme consultations.

Educational paths at IWC PAN

New laboratory and office facilities for the Centre of Preclinical Studies and Technology – CEPT and the Centre of Advanced Materials and Technology – CEZAMET are to be constructed in the New Technology Building of the Institute of High Pressure Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Specialised laboratories for both centres will be located on the ground floor, first floor and the basement of the reconstructed building. An arrangement of the second and third floor will also be made as part of the project.

Oncology Centre in Zamość in reference to the renaissance market squar

The Kontrapunkt Medic team led by architect Piotr Salwa completed and submitted, at the headquarters of the investor - the Independent Public Regional Hospital named after Pope John Paul II in Zamość, the building permit design of the Oncology Centre. The body of the newly design facility deserves special recognition.

The construction of Fort Śliwicki will soon be under way

Thanks to the efforts of the architects from Kontrapunkt V-Projekt Project Investment Team and the officials of the Praga Północ District in Warsaw, a building permit for the spatial revitalisation of the historical Fort Sliwicki has been obtained. The municipal housing estate will include residential buildings, playgrounds, bicycle theme park and a multi-storey car park.

Relax at an Olympic swimming pool

The personnel and students of the Medical University of Warsaw will soon be able to rest and exercise at a swimming complex designed by Kontrapunkt V-projekt. A 50-meter Olympic swimming pool (which can be divided into two smaller ones by a mobile platform) along with a training and warming-up pool, jacuzzi complexes, dry saunas and steam rooms will be constructed as part of the Sports and Rehabilitation Centre of the Medical University of Warsaw, located at Księcia Trojdena Street.

The design for the Infant Jesus Clinical Hospital is accomplished

Kontrapunkt Medic Team has finished works over the Infant Jesus Clinical Hospital. The detailed design of the modernization of the Clinic of Internal Medicine and Cardiology along with the priced bill of quantities and technical specifications for the execution and the acceptance inspection of construction works were delivered to the investor’s seat in Warsaw.
